COVID-19 vaccinations
Vaccinations are given inside the main surgery building (not in the drive-around Respiratory Clinic).
People from the age of 12 need to wear a mask to enter the main surgery building and have no COVID-19 symptoms.
All people receiving a vaccine need to prefill a questionnaire – please see the details at the bottom of this page.

We are currently only offering the Pfizer Comirnaty brand of COVID-19 vaccination.

___________

Pfizer Comirnaty Paediatric:
Our COVID-19 Paediatric vaccination clinic for children aged 5 to 11 inclusive is run on most Monday and Thursday mornings.

___________

Our vaccination clinics are limited:
Our ability to vaccinate is limited by stock and staffing numbers. We do not offer vaccinations in the late afternoon, evenings or on weekends.

For a wider range of hours please attend the Ipswich CBD Community Walk in COVID-19 vaccination Clinic at the Nicholas Street Precinct, 163 Brisbane St, Ipswich. This clinic is accepting all persons aged 5 and over as a walk-in during operating hours. Patients need to present at least one hour before clinic closing and the clinic is also limited by supply availability. Click here for the list of QLD Health Walk-in clinics and their opening times.

___________

Patient / carer prefill required:

All people who have a booked vaccination appointment at the Flinders Peak Medical Centre need to complete the Australian Government questions found at this link [CLICK HERE] before being vaccinated.
The questions can also be accessed using the QR Code we have posted in the surgery or we can provide a paper form to complete.
